Capable for producing 0.68″ paintballs for different purpose, such as training balls, premium balls and tournament balls.
Characteristics
- Constant pressure dual-molding system, micro pneumatic pump lifting system, piston pump with high filling accuracy (up to 1%).
- Main shaft hole is processed by international advanced high precision CNC boring machine. Main shaft vibration is less than 0.02mm.
- Gelatin ribbon cooling adopts automatic control water cooling system.
- Optimized designed mould is made of high quality aviation alloy material by high precision numerical control process to ensure the mould’s service life.
- Key mechanical parts like worm gears, gears, main shaft etc are made of special material, durable with long service life.
- The gelatin ribbon is lubricated by fine oil supply technology in order to lower the consumption of lubrication oil. If the ribbon is lubricated by vegetable oil, so the capsules produced is free of wash.
- Material hopper adopts heat preservation, especially suitable for paintball production.
- Injector is equipped with PID temperature control.
