Brief introduction

This NJP-400 automatic capsule filling machine is an ideal equipment for pharmaceutical and health food industry, especially for laboratory and small batch production. It’s working mode is intermittent movement and dosing is by dosing plate. It adopts optimization design to meet the characteristics of Chinese medicine and the requirements of GMP. It has characteristics of compact structure, small floor space, lower noise, precision filling dosage, multi-function, stably running etc. It can finish the following works at the same time: capsule feeding, capsule separating, powder filling, defect capsule rejecting, capsule locking, finished capsule discharge and die hole cleaning etc.

Features

1. Design of inner turret is improved, linear bearings for each station are supplied by renowed brand from Japan. Reasonable design and high quality parts ensures longer service life and high precision.
2. Standardization and interchangeable components, convenient for mold replacement.
3. Adopting a cam downward design, a pressure atomization oil pump is installed to maintain lubrication in the cam groove. Such design reduces wearing and extends the service life of components.
4. Using the lower plane of the dosage plate as the reference, three-dimensional adjustment, uniform gap, effectively ensuring the precision of dosage (it is controlled around ±3.5%). The capsule qualified rate is higher than 99%. It can be filled with the Chinese traditional medicine and chemical medicine.
5. Human machine interface (HMI) is installed with a variety of functions. When there is a shortage of materials, capsules, or a malfunction in the material channel, machine automatically alarms and stops. Display of real-time count and total count.
