Electronic counting machine for tablet

Principle

Empty bottle are normally fed by turntable and conveyed to filling station by conveyor. Tablets or capsules are orderly fed to the material feeding mechanism by vibrating feeding channels. Photoelectric sensors are equipped at the material feeding mechanism to count the quantity of the filled material. Filling stops when the filled material reaches set quantity, and filled bottle will be conveyed to capping station by conveyor.
