• Inside the rack, plastic spraying is used instead of painting, providing better anti-corrosion properties. The cover is made from original stainless steel 304 plate without polishing. All measures ensures a longer machine service life.

It utilizes electrical elements, pneumatic control, and incorporates an electronic automatic counting device, frequency speed control, and functions such as capsule positioning, separation, filling, and locking, which are accomplished automatically instead of manually. This reduces labor intensity, enhances filling efficiency and accuracy, and complies with pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.
• This machine consists of five-return capsule disengaging mechanism, medicine powder filling mechanism, locking mechanism, frequency conversion speed control mechanism, pneumatic and electrical control systems, protective mechanisms, vacuum pump, air pump accessories, and more.
• It is suitable for filling various capsules domestically and internationally, achieving a finished product yield of over 97%.

Application

• This semi-automatic capsule filling machine is mainly used for filling the hollow capsule with powder, graininess medicines, chemical reagents and health care articles.
