Brief introduction

Suzhou Industrial Park Winwin Imp & Exp Co., Ltd  was established in 2000, specializing in the design, research and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, health products, cosmetics, food machinery, and medical devices. Our core product, the softgel encapsulation machine, has been on the market for 18 years. Over 160 units have been adopted by more than 80 domestic pharmaceutical and health product companies, universities, and research institutes. Additionally, more than 30 units have been exported to the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, Germany, Greece, Pakistan, and other countries.

The FMC-80 Softgel Encapsulation Machine is our company’s latest product developed in 2016. This machine is a combination of a laboratory and small-scale production softgel encapsulation machine, meticulously designed in strict accordance with GMP requirements. It is mainly used for the development and start up production of softgel products in laboratories and pharmaceutical research institutions. Take 12# OV as sample, output is about 20,000pcs per batch.

Main Features

1. Intelligent PLC + touch screen, ensures stable and reliable operation.
2. Speed of die rolls, gelatin sheet drum and gelatin mesh roller is individually adjustable, effectively resolving the issue of gelatin sheet accumulation when producing different size of softgels. This feature makes operation more convenient and efficient.
3. Material (oil) feeding pump adopts brand new designed cam drive, avoiding traditional crankshaft wear caused by long-term operation and realizing dosage error ≤1.5%.  At the mean time it extends service time of spare parts.
4. The die rolls are made of aviation aluminum alloy with long service life. Optimized design realizes more cavities with lower gelatin waste rate.
5. Die roll alignment adopts precision regulating lever to achieve pre-alignment and precision adjustment, and is easy to operate, enabling single-person alignment operation.
6. The liquid gelatin box uses fully automatic level control to reduce the difficulty of operation. The wetted parts adopt PTFE soft contact, which effectively avoids wear and tear, ensures the smoothness and avoids cross-contamination of gelatin sheet.
7. The lubricating of gelatin sheet adopts precision solenoid pump, accurate control with online adjustable function. Ultra-micro lubrication is available to reduce production cost and drying time.
8. The gelatin sheet drum is made of SS316, capable for either water cooling or air cooling. Working with water chiller, machine can continuous run.
9. The tumble dryer is made of stainless steel and has a unique structural design to evenly dry and shape the finished capsules to avoid adhesion. The turret adopts oil-free lubrication transmission, and an oil-receiving tray is installed at the bottom, making it clean and hygienic during work.
10. All bearings adopts products of German and Japan, higher accuracy and longer service life.
11. Low energy consumption, totally 5.5 kW of complete production line.
12. Less floor space, 4 square meters is enough.
